Above the average level in the Ciociaria area. The dishes are refined and carefully illustrated, both in the use of ingredients and raw materials and in the type of cooking. As a couple, we opted for the 6-course tasting menu, costing 75 euros each, since it was our first time, but you can also spend less by choosing à la carte. If you opt for the tasting, I recommend considering 2 and a half hours of stay, not because the service is too slow, but because it is a beautiful experience in which you will be accompanied by the chef and his assistant in the dining room. It takes the right amount of time to fully enjoy it. In our case, then, the chef gave us two extra courses, which were much appreciated. The portions are just right. You don't go home hungry. The quality of the dishes and the service are worth the cost. We don't like eating out often, but when we do we look for something special and we were fully satisfied. Congratulations chef!

Pleasant surprise. Aside from the wonderful courtesy and competence of the waiter, we ate divinely cooked dishes. From appetizer to dessert it was an explosion of flavors and aromas for the spices and herbs expertly used. I will gladly return.
