We were able to enjoy a magnificent dinner tasting first and second courses, with a heartfelt advice to try the swordfish rolls, obviously all the dishes were of the highest level. The highly qualified waiting staff. A sea view worthy of the food eaten, unique.

Abbiamo potuto degustare una cena magnifica degustando primi e secondi piatti, con un consiglio spassionato nel provare gli involtini di pesce spada, ovvio si che tutti i piatti erano di altissimo livello. Il personale di sala altamente qualificato. Una vista mare all&rsquo;altezza del cibo mangiato, unica.

Ottimo ristorante, abbiamo cenato sulla terrazza che affaccia a mare, un contesto veramente romantico. Vi consiglio di provare la cassata siciliana.

Great restaurant, we had dinner on the terrace overlooking the sea, a truly romantic setting. I recommend you try the Sicilian cassata.

A fantastic place where you are practically on the sea.
In the evening you can enjoy the spectacle of the entire bay lit up.
We were lucky enough to find ourselves almost in front of a vaporetto from the 20s perhaps laminated in the day.

I recommend this restaurant to everyone. Their vegetables are really great. The portions are very large, and the whole environment is very elegant, clean, and comfortable, especially the seats are great.

This restaurant is just opposite the Civic Park. We came to Taormina in the off-season in winter, and this restaurant was not open. From the outside, it looks like a Sicilian-style Italian restaurant, and it also serves full meals. There are many hotels nearby! Of course, even the hotels are closed in winter.

The environment of this restaurant is super good. There is a place similar to a terrace, where it is great to sit and eat. It can be said to be the best seat in the restaurant. I recommend you to make a reservation.

Food was impeccably cooked and presented.  The entire experience was fantastic.  We also choose the Tour of Sicily wine experience which did not disappoint.  Usually a restaurant has some &quot;misses&quot; in the course of a meal- Fusion did not.  Twice the meal as Belmond&#39;s Timeo and a better value.  Location superb and the waitstaff was very attentive.

We came by Gallodoro tired &amp; hungry from travelling from UK. The location &amp; terrace views mainly drew us in but we enjoyed the meal so much we returned last night. The food is locally sourced &amp; made on premises-the pizza was the best we&rsquo;ve had anywhere. The Parma ham &amp; melon sweet &amp; salty. The lasagne so tasty. The affogato a sweet but light end to the meal. Truly delicious &amp; the personal service, background music &amp; terrace with views are a tourist&rsquo;s dream. Reasonable prices for the tourist area. 10/10!!

Without doubt one of the best dining experiences we&rsquo;ve had anywhere in the world! The staff were impeccable, engaging, super friendly and masters of their craft. The food was faultless, the wine outstanding and the ambience was perfect. And the amazing view helped to ensure that the memory of the night will last a lifetime.
