Grow Restaurant

We were recommended this restaurant by some friends, and it did not disappoint. From start to finish everything was perfect, the food is all from sustainable and local sources, as is the wine. The attention to detail of each dish was impeccable, and each one came with it own story. We had the 7 course taster menu and would definitely recommend this little gem if you are ever in town.

Found thanks to a simple search on The Fork platform, it did not disappoint expectations. On the contrary! We were very surprised by both the impeccable and attentive service, the very interesting selection of natural wines, and, last but not least, the superb creative cuisine, made of local raw materials but not free from contamination with other culinary traditions. They opened recently and certainly not in the best period, but I would not be surprised if, in the space of a few years, they grew a lot in terms of notoriety and prestige.

Passion, study, quality and technique. A small restaurant with a refined and intimate atmosphere, it offers an advanced food and wine proposal that works, amazes and excites. Bravi, bravo, bravo!
