Abbiamo optato per la formula di 3 portate a scelta dalla carta a prezzo fisso. Siccome era la prima volta, essendo in due abbiamo scelto piatti diversi e di conseguenza assaggiato 6 portate diverse. Tutti ci hanno colpiti positivamente, sia per il gusto, sia per la presentazione che a volte &egrave; sembrata un&#39;opera artistica di alto livello.Ottima anche la carta dei vini.Ci torneremo sicuramente.

We opted for the formula of 3 courses to choose from the menu at a fixed price. Since it was the first time, being two of us we chose different dishes and consequently tasted 6 different courses. All of them impressed us positively, both for the taste and for the presentation that at times seemed like a high level work of art.
The wine list is also excellent.
We will definitely be back.

Excellent fixed menu based on river shrimp, which come from their own crops: risotto g. of river and g. of river in guazzetto! Superb lemon vanilla sorbet. &euro;50 for 2.. The only downside is the extra charge for booking with the fork. In restaurants without the fork discounts then it is better to book on your own!!

Nice and comfortable environment 2 steps from the Sorgente di S. Susanna. Room with attention to detail and beautiful veranda overlooking the garden. Unfortunately not very busy for a Sunday lunch and I think for this reason the choice offered is limited. A menu of the day with 3 first courses and 3 second courses. Good gnocchi with walnut pesto, risotto with river shrimp to be reviewed, not convincing, dish lacking in character and missing the shellfish that should be the star of the dish. Good second courses. Veal tagliata and trout au gratin with vegetables also au gratin. Decent house red wine, less, for my tastes, the white. Good desserts offered. Definitely honest prices and good service with an above average setting. to return for the location and to try other dishes. You can&#39;t judge a restaurant having tasted a few things.
