Brunello Bar and Restaurant

We were staying at the Hotel. We had only booked the restaurant for the first night of our stay in Rome. We were so impressed with the quality of the food, particularly their speciality, the Sea Bass, that we also booked for our final night of four in Rome. In fact, it's fair to say, that in our estimation the quality was better than the food we had on our visit during our stay in Rome to the Hassler Hotel. The restaurant was quiet on both evenings we visit but this made it a more enjoyable meal than had the restaurant been crowded. We would certainly recommend a visit.

My family and I enjoyed the comfortable and jovial experience we had. My Queen birthday and my first princess celebrated her sweet 16.The place is welcoming nicely settled and a very royal attire with great palace decor and service.From the doorman who opened up our transfer service till we left every care was given and our questions were answered with enthusiasm and a welcoming atmosphere. Food was delicious drink as we wished and with my Queen and my princess favorite flavor well served. Very well decorated dessert with the info I submitted online.Much more service than expected.I do appreciate the gentlemen who served us and thank the one in charge of the service. He made the night with his courtesy in giving us access to photo shoot at this grand room with a Grand piano in it and a royal accent well decorated.We are delighted with the moment and I can say the charge is well acceptable.We Thank you all. Easily one of the top 2-3 best meals of our 2 weeks traveling around Italy. They did great with my food allergies, the presentation of each course was gorgeous, drinks were perfect, and the food tasted amazing! I had sea bass and lobster pasta…husband had veal and another type of pasta. Would dine here again and recommend.

Wow! We’ve been in Rome a week for our anniversary.. this was by far the best restaurant we’ve been to. The food and service 100% exceeded our expectations. Compliments to the amazing chef. The quality, presentation and tantalizing flavor was next level. You must visit when you’re in Rome. Looking forward to returning on our next visit to this amazing city.

Absolutely fantastic restaurant! Food , presentation, staff????It belongs to a 5 star hotel so you do expect the best :)
