Il Maritozzo Rosso

This restaurant is a very good surprise in the crowded Roma. The atmosphere is calm. The staff is nice and helpful. We enjoyed a lot the pasta, the pizza fritta and the speciality called « maritozzo »

The savory maritozzi were delicious, especially the one with creamed cod. The carbonara was excellent, and the staff were very friendly. I think it's a bit pricey for the service, but the food was excellent.

Brilliant format, the savory maritozzo idea really works, the spartan but elegant atmosphere. The carbonara and cacio e pepe are exceptional, made to perfection. Try them without a second thought.

Excellent menu, the tiramisu maritozzo was truly delicious, as was the carbonara. The only downside is that the place is very small, so you need to book at least a week in advance, but it's worth it. The prices are fair, and they use eco-friendly glasses, plates, and forks. The service is excellent, very friendly and helpful. We'll definitely be back!! I highly recommend it.
