Osteria del Cavaliere

The restaurant is only 3 km from our B&B. A bit out of the way of course. We didn't have a reservation but were seated elegantly. I recommend reservations, especially for larger groups. We had a chicken meatball starter, hot and cold starters with fig jam, honey, homemade bread. Then the main meals came out, beef in red wine sauce, pasta with bacon in truffle oil, grilled meat platter, red wine, tiramisu. Very reasonable, our check was 120 euros. The staff were friendly, spoke English and were very attentive. We discovered that all the desserts were made by one of the staff's mothers. I highly recommend this restaurant. Delicious, quality meats, vegetables and wines.
