TheForkUserThe location is excellent and the service is really great! The restaurant is located on the entree level of the hotel - well decorated. Lack of staff made the hotel manager serve us - and he did with a smile and as a Puglese - he made us feel appreciated.Food - quality products with an average result….but when the service is great - it’s a reason to come back!

I'm happy to be here and I like the atmosphere here - quite tranquil and also the decoration look fancy somehow.
Would avoid if possible. Lasagne was cut up like for a small child, carbonara was cold (but okay taste wise) and pizza was a disgrace to Italy, prebaked with what tasted like storebought tomatosauce and cheap "mozzarella" and with, for some reason, TRIMMED EGDES? Like it was trimmed to fit the plate or some other dumb reason, but I don't know. The waiter seemed confused and didn't really show any skill in the craft of service. When, after the meal was over, he asked us if the food was good and I answered with "not quite", he just answered with, "oh okay good" with an honest smile, like he was content with that.Paying was a chore as well. We didn't get the 20% discount and he didn't seem to understand what we were talking about. I wanted to pay by card and he took it and ran of with it to the hotel reception, came back with the card machine without my card, then went back and got it for me and then when there was some hiccup and the machine declined my card, he said that we were done and have a nice day. I said it didn't go through and that I wanted to try again and he insisted that it did go through and wished us a nice day. So we started to leave. 5-10 meters down the road, he came out and yelled that we had to return as the card was, lo and behold, declined. I went back and said that I had pointed it out to him, which confused him even more. The receptionist toke over, apologised for the waiter and let me pay without any problem. But all in all, I did not feel safe paying with card here.As I said in the beginning, avoid.
Very charming and attentive service food was reasonably priced house (red)wine excellent
Food was good, but: First of all, the prices in the QR menu were about 2€ each more than stated in The Fork App for the same dishes. Secondly, they said we could not have the option of paying with TheForkPay App, but only by cash or débit/credit card. Finally, two dishes were over priced in the bill (24€ and 8€ instead of 18€ and 6€ as marked in the QR menu list). In the end we got the proper bill amende, but after hard work trying to justify the over price with lots of excuses. Honestly, you have the feeling that if you do not keep an eye and speak out, people will end up paying the same amount of the "30% offert discount" or indeed more in an over priced bill + 3€ service/person + 4€ water + .....?
