The creativity of the food and the attentive service made this experience an unforgettable dinner for my husband&rsquo;s birthday. We&rsquo;ll be back for sure next time we&rsquo;re in Rome.

Massimo Viglietti is now at the helm of this ultra fine dining restaurant in a very elegant hotel. If you are adventurous and willing to make the investment you will be rewarded with a superlative dining experience. Massimo also has a passion for finding lesser known wines of great merit as well as stocking more widely known outstanding vintages. One of the best dining choices in Rome.

Vicenzo and Stefan made this experience so memorable. Their service was perfect and the food and wine pairing were also amazing. Would definitely go back.

We enjoyed the New Year&rsquo;s Eve celebration menu very much. Loved the creativity of the chef. The most unexpected pairing of ingredients turned out to be most delicious. The amuse-bouche - smoked salmon with cream of panettone and reduction of coffee - was inspired. The service was impeccable as well. We loved that they prepared a beautiful vase of flowers for our wedding anniversary. The evening ended with a countdown with champagne at Hotel Lord Byron&rsquo;s roof terrace where we were treated to an amazing view of fireworks across the city. Relais le Jardin is a Michelin star restaurant in waiting.

I&rsquo;ve been to a lot of good restaurants in Rome and multiple Michelin Star restaurants, this place beat them all. We ordered a la carte and had a bottle of wine&hellip;.nothing short of fantastic! The chef did an amazing job and the service was top notch.

Interesting and very tasty food selection. We had 5 course tasting menu with pairing. Four of the five courses were excellent. The one exception, we didn&rsquo;t feel the deconstructed pizza was different enough to the original, just presented in separate elements. Very professional friendly service. Wine waiter very knowledgeable and enthusiastic. Although I thought some of the selections of wine were too similar.

Food was delicious, I had the famous scottadito. Fast service and a nice spanish waitress made my lunch one of the best in Rome. I would definitely come back

We had the salami, cheese and focaccia platter to start. The focaccia was incredible, wish we could go back to try their pizza. For mains we had three roman staples, namely carbonara, cacio e pepe and amatriciana, between the three of us. The presentation and taste of these three dishes were at another level altogether. Service was impeccable, atmosphere was vibrant and we really enjoyed the whole experience.

We highly recommend the restaurant. My wife and I had lunch there and they were quite attentive, also with our 10-month-old son, who they heated his food that we had previously prepared. We ordered the Caccio peppe pasta and lasagna, and they were really tasty. After that, we had lamb and steak. In conclusion, I would honestly repeat on a next trip to Rome.

Great service and amazing food with many delicious options to try. They have one of my best tiramisu, really fresh and great flavors
