Verve Restaurant

The food and service was amazing and couldn't have been any better. Unfortunately on the night there were a number of "no shows" which was disappointing, not for us but the restaurant team. In Ireland you must give your card details when booking and there is a charge if you don't cancel.

I highly recommend this restaurant for its warm welcome and impeccable service. The quality of the dishes is remarkable, featuring a selection of traditional Italian dishes, creatively reimagined. Each dish is a creative surprise, adding a unique touch that makes the culinary experience truly memorable. A must-visit for lovers of Italian cuisine with a modern twist.

What a jewel! We ate on the terrace. first impressions were pretty, intimate, and an unusual choice of music. A little thrown by the fact that being a table of 6 we were initially asked to stick with the Tasting menu, and we nearly left at that point! What a mistake that would have been ! We ate a La carte. the food is exceptional. Beautifully prepared just by the side of you in a small but beautifully formed kitchen with a delightful husband and wife team and two sous chefs, who looked like artists at work And when I say the food was exceptional ….. it was exceptional …. In how it looked, the little surprises, how it tasted, to the extent that it became THE topic of conversation,, each course eagerly awaited. Without doubt these people await their First Michelin star! Even to breads and amuse bouche And the setting as the stars came out and the simplicity of the lights and the tables gave way to a purely magical night. Book it ! go with it! And enjoy

We ate at The Verve tonight and it was stunning. The food was unbelievable with each course and wine an experience if and of itself. Would highly recommend the 6 course dinner as it is absolutely wonderful. The service was fantastic with each dish being intricately explained.

This was one of the best meals we had over 4 weeks in Europe. We has the 4 set menu, and all dishes were well presented, interesting and delicious. The service was excellent. Verve is well worth a visit!
