Fusion

Food was impeccably cooked and presented. The entire experience was fantastic. We also choose the Tour of Sicily wine experience which did not disappoint. Usually a restaurant has some "misses" in the course of a meal- Fusion did not. Twice the meal as Belmond's Timeo and a better value. Location superb and the waitstaff was very attentive.

The Restaurant is located within a Hotel and has a beachfront location. Views are fabulous and a romantic evening setting. The food is outstanding, there is a capable team at work. Choices are exciting, flavours delicious and presentation excellent. Such a shame that this high standard of food is let down by the service. Half way through our dinner most of the staff left the restaurant including the Manager. Sadly, we left after our main course, we didn’t feel important.

Great location the view is on of the best. nice wine selection but the food was decent but no Wow. The service was very good and the waiters very attentive

Definitely a suggestive location, with a breathtaking view. Exceptional service, with very present but never intrusive staff. High quality food, but, perhaps, considering the bill and the reputation of the resort, it was reasonable to expect a slightly higher level.
