Outside tables next to the park fill quickly and a pretty quiet (away from walking street). Good range of wine/prices by bottle and food was flavorable

A real Italian trattoria with well prepared food very much focussed on fish and seafood, done simply but very well. An extensive wine list. A pleasant atmosphere in a classic way.

We took the tasting menu, it was delicious and probably one of the best value for money tasting menus we&rsquo;ve ever eaten. Excellent service as well. The fish was very fresh and it was a very pleasant meal.

My husband and I loved our meal here. Everything we had was great but our favorite was the fish of the day. Unique flavors that blended perfectly together. Would definitely eat here again.

Excellent find in Trieste! High quality restaurant serving mainly seafood. The service is excellent, staff welcoming and the food very tasty with bits of originality.  Highly recommend

Lovely local restaurant. Food was excellent. The only problem we had was being able to access the online menu which was frustrating. The experience was greatly enhanced when we received a written menu and could then ask our server for food and wine recommendations. It&rsquo;s a shame to only have the online menu as you lose the personal touch which makes the dining experience more pleasurable. Overall we very much enjoyed the food and ambience.

A thoroughly enjoyable experience, in a very stylish setting, and with great food, even beyond the restaurant&#39;s specialty: the costate.

Apart from providing an intersting and inventive tasting menu, and a great choice wines, with interaction with staff was excellent.

very good food and service. We went on a family dinner and had a good time. However, it&#39;s possible to get also very good food and service in other restaurants in the area for a bit lower price.

We were there on New Year&rsquo;s Eve.  The food and wine and service was great.  The only issue is that we didn&rsquo;t realize how long the entire dinner would take.  We got there at 9pm and hoped to be done by 11-11:30pm at the latest.  We had to leave without getting our desert and champagne because we wanted to see the fireworks and the countdown from Piazza L&rsquo;Unita before 12pm.  It was my fault for not asking how long we would be there.  We love the restaurant, have been there before, and will continue to go again.  Happy New Year!

The ambience should leave the impression of the old pub and it is possible that it is a cold weather but a Saturday evening in a half-empty restaurant where cold and guests are seated in the jackets did not justify our expectations. Beer is fine and food well prepared, but the impression that the ingredients are cheap. Something like in large fast food chains. I think the owner of everything wants to save ... The restaurant and the concept has potential, but it needs a good manager and a new shine.
