It is indeed the most popular sushi restaurant in Fukuoka!!! I had already planted this restaurant when I was making a guide for Fukuoka. On the second day of arriving in Fukuoka, the three of us who love to eat couldn't wait and took the train from Hakata Station to Tenjin Station early. Because it opens at 11:30, we came to check it out at about 10 o'clock. It was so smart!!! Following the navigation, we arrived near the destination and found that many people were looking downstairs. We walked up the stairs to the second floor. There were already four or five people queuing. It was almost 11 o'clock at this time, so we followed the queue (tips: In Japan, it is best for everyone to queue up, rather than one person occupying a seat and others going to other places to cut in line). Because we had to queue for about half an hour, we had a lot of time to observe this restaurant. Through the door, we can see the busy scene of everyone in the store. Everyone is busy preparing to welcome customers who will come in a while. Most of the people in the queue are tourists. Some are light-travel tourists like us who will stay in Fukuoka for two days, some are tourists who may have just arrived or will leave Fukuoka on the same day, and carry suitcases. Of course, there are also local Japanese people, and they are elderly. This restaurant is really popular with everyone! After queuing for more than half an hour, it finally opened for business, and we also chose a table! Everyone ordered a set meal, and someone also ordered a live abalone, which is the kind of abalone that was cut alive. It was still twisting when it was served. . . Food review: 1️⃣ Set meal: The freshness is very high, and the portion is large, but the price is not expensive, basically around 1,000 yen, so the cost performance is super high! At this price, you can only eat a very ordinary conveyor belt sushi in China... 2️⃣ Eating abalone raw: You need to overcome many obstacles in your heart, because it twists and turns there, but it tastes very chewy. 3️⃣ Fried crab meat hash browns: Because it is fried, it is a bit greasy, and it seems a bit fishy? I personally don't like it very much. 4️⃣ Steamed egg: Someone who orders steamed eggs everywhere ordered another steamed egg. I feel it's very ordinary? It's just a normal steamed egg. ‼ ️ Highlights Overall, it is highly recommended! Because the price-performance ratio is really high! I just recommend that you go at night, because some hot food is only available at night, and only sushi is available at noon. But everyone must remember to line up early, otherwise you will have to wait for a long time, basically starting from one hour. Of course, you can also go to the B2 floor of the building opposite this store. There is a branch of theirs there, but it only sells conveyor belt sushi! There are also a lot of people queuing up! And they are all local Japanese people! If you like conveyor belt sushi, you can go to this one. We've had sushi a few times in Fukuoka and none of them were as good as the one we had in Tokyo, if you take the price into account, Hyotan is not the best nor the cheapest sushi place, but we really had a great time here.

A very cost-effective Japanese restaurant, the sushi is especially delicious, tuna and horse meat sushi are recommended.

The location is fantastic, with a subway station right outside, making transportation extremely convenient. I'd give it five stars for that alone.
