Hatsuhana Soba Honten

This is a restaurant affiliated with Hatsuhana Hotel, which specializes in soba noodles. The child ordered a portion of tamagoyaki (egg rice), which was also very delicious. The egg was half-cooked and tasted very good. The chicken was very tender, and it tasted a bit like soaked rice when paired with rice.

I usually choose a restaurant I am eating at for the first time, mainly to see how many locals are queuing up, so I resolutely chose this restaurant to give it a try. This experience is one of the tricks that never fails! After holding a sign at the door and waiting for about 15 minutes, a seat became available, and it was a good seat by the window. The bead curtain was lowered to 1/3 of the place, which was just enough to block the glare of the sun. There was no glass blocking the fresh air and breeze that could freely enter and exit the room. The gurgling stream also brought moisture and coolness, which felt very comfortable! What I particularly like is the soba cold noodle set with tempura shrimp, it tastes really delicious! Thumbs up! Friends who go to Hakone Yumoto must try it. It is just across the stream from the Kajikaso Hotel.
