Taiga Noodles

Menya Taiga, a ramen shop that I want to add to my collection. I waited in line for more than half an hour. The waiter gave me a menu while I was waiting, so I could take a look at what to eat. This noodle shop is very busy. The line is very long. It took about half an hour to get a seat. The shop is relatively small, a long strip with about 10 seats. There are not many varieties of noodles, only a few to choose from. The menu is only in Japanese and English. I chose different varieties and they were all delicious.

This ramen restaurant is called Menya Taiga, and it is just opposite our hotel. We came here to eat after dropping off our luggage. The restaurant is small, and the narrow and long space inside the restaurant only has counter seats. The miso-based soup has the fragrance of yuzu peel and the juice of ginger paste. It is refreshing and not greasy. It is very good.
