M25***40Really enjoyed the whole experience! This restaurant offers excellent, low-key service in a true "old Japan" atmosphere. We were particularly impressed by the quality of the beef, but the food in general was excellent. We recommend Yakiniku Hiro without reservation!

One of the most satisfying Wagyu BBQ restaurants during my trip to Japan. Make a reservation for this branch on the official website in advance, choose a time, and go there on time to eat. Moreover, the official website actually has Chinese and English together and is still understandable. . Hong has several branches in Kyoto, with different types. This one seems to have more locations and less people. It is recommended to choose an earlier time to eat, because some parts are sold out and they are no longer available. I resented that I did not eat raw beef. Basically, we scrolled through the menu for all the parts we like to eat, and the grill grill of this restaurant is much cleaner than Wanliang, and it will not burn so easily. I really think every one of them is delicious. If I had to recommend a cut, I think the beef cut that comes in a crock pot is the most delicious. Actually, I forgot the name, but you can still order it if you look at the menu picture. A store that is not expensive per person, very satisfying.
Hiro BBQ in Kyoto is very famous, so we made a reservation a week in advance. It was worth our reservation and we were not disappointed. The BBQ melts in your mouth, and the whole taste buds are filled with the aroma of BBQ, which is a very comfortable enjoyment. Their sashimi and sushi platter is also quite good. It is worthy of being the most famous BBQ brand chain store in Kyoto, and it is worth a try.
The wagyu beef was great, very fresh and melted in the mouth. The grilled vegetables were also good, slightly burnt. We didn't look at the guide for this restaurant, but we went in by accident. The taste was good, but it was a bit expensive due to the price of goods in Kyoto.
Super delicious! I have never eaten such delicious wagyu beef! One bite, not greasy, full of oil, very satisfying, beef has a natural milky flavor, this time I also encountered a new product, sushi! It can be said that after eating sushi in Japan, I never want to eat sushi in Chinese sushi restaurants again, it's so exaggerated! The environment is good, the store is not big, Japanese stores are small, and the service is super good~ Praise five stars!
For dinner, we chose Hiro BBQ, highly recommended by the locals. The main sign at the entrance reads "Raw Beef." Don't underestimate this raw beef; it's the hallmark of Japan's top beef restaurants. Following the deaths of several people in Japan in 2011 from raw beef poisoning, Japan has tightened regulations on raw beef. Not every beef restaurant allows this service; only a few of the best and most reliable BBQ restaurants are allowed to sell it.
