Alaska snow crab, one crab, three ways to eat: 1. Steamed egg with crab roe. 2. Crab legs as sashimi. 3. Steamed the rest. This is my favorite way to eat it. The freshness of the ingredients determines whether it tastes delicious. So this Japanese restaurant is still very good!
Because we had made a reservation at TB for the two-Michelin-starred Kikunoi, we said we must not be late, so before we reached the top of the mountain, we walked down the mountain and took a bus to Roan Kikunoi in Gion Shijo. It tastes pretty good, I like it very much!
It took only an hour from the first meal to the kaiseki cuisine. When I put the yuzu shaved ice and crisp persimmon in the last dish in my mouth, I wanted to raise my hands and set off fireworks. When I left, I asked if I could take the menu with me, and the waiter said "dozo" three times!
