Shochu Hyuga Cuisine Shiosai

Dinner at Shiosai was very good. I had - as is customary in Japan - several small dishes, among which was my favorite: yasai tempura (vegetables cooked in deep fried dough). I felt very satisfied with a lot of food in my stomach.

I went to this restaurant when I took the Japan-Korea cruise to Miyazaki. It is inside the Miyazaki Kanko Hotel opposite the Oyodo River Tachibana Park. It is a typical Japanese restaurant. Their Miyazaki beef and Japanese meal set are their signature dishes. The beef is tender and flavorful, with a special sauce. The set has many dishes, among which the tempura fried shrimp and salmon are the most delicious. Their service is quite good and we can communicate in English.
