Standard Japanese soy sauce noodles. I tried it just out of curiosity. It takes courage. The noodle soup is super salty. It's like some noodles in soy sauce. But it's also a specialty of Osaka this month.

You may have always thought that Ichiran is Japanese ramen in China. In fact, their Japanese ramen is also very delicious. I ordered the black pot ramen because I was attracted by its name. Japanese friends told us that eating ramen is to make sounds.

The ramen here is different from the ones I've had elsewhere. It doesn't have a lot of fancy side dishes, and it looks quite simple, but it tastes good, and the soup base is very rich, made from bone broth.
