Soba is a small shop called にしむら, a very charming two-story cabin with a fireplace in the house, and the small flames are burning happily.
The soba in this shop is very simple and delicious. It is slippery and does not cut the throat. The aroma of buckwheat is very real.
Before the meal, a buckwheat dumpling was served, which was sticky and crushed into dregs. The old president said that the top of the mountain in Suwa is cold all year round and rice cannot be grown. People used to eat buckwheat and would eat such buckwheat dumplings. ... It is very bitter and sweet.
