Although Hida beef is not as famous as the three major Japanese wagyu beef, it is also very plump and has a very high cost-effectiveness. Compared with Marumei and Ajizo Tengoku, this Hida beef sushi located on the old street of Takayama is more accessible.

🌿It is basically unrealistic to buy sushi here without queuing, but since it is take-out, the queue time is not long. We went there during the Spring Festival. There were more than ten people in front of us, and it took about 10 minutes to get in line.
