It is one of the few local Chinese restaurants with authentic Sichuan flavor. Their Maoxuewang is the most popular dish in the restaurant. You can also choose the spiciness. For someone like me who loves spicy food, I would definitely go for the high spiciness.

Kaun, a Japanese restaurant in Takayama Associa Hotel, is famous for its Hida beef. This restaurant is a designated restaurant for Hida beef, just like when you go to Kobe to eat beef, you must order Kobeniku.
I ordered the Hida beef imperial banquet and the winter Huayun banquet, and added Hida beef. The Hida beef is delicious. The set meal includes Japanese appetizers, sashimi, sushi, soup, hot pot, grilled food, etc.

A local friend brought me to this store. The location of this store is not particularly easy to find. To be honest, it would be quite difficult to find it by myself without a friend&rsquo;s guidance. But I was not disappointed, the food was especially delicious!

🌿How can you miss the famous Hida beef when you come to Takayama? Although Hida beef is not as famous as the three major Japanese wagyu beef, it is also very plump and has a very high cost-effectiveness. Compared with Marumei and Ajizo Tengoku, this Hida beef sushi located on the old street of Takayama is more accessible.

🌿It is basically unrealistic to buy sushi here without queuing, but since it is take-out, the queue time is not long. We went there during the Spring Festival. There were more than ten people in front of us, and it took about 10 minutes to get in line.

🌿There are 4 sets of beef sushi:
1️⃣Set A is 700 yen for two sushi, one seasoned with salt and the other with light soy sauce
2️⃣Set B is 800 yen for two, and the sushi in this set is added with raw quail eggs and seaweed.
3️⃣Set C is 1000 yen for three, which is one of the A set and the B set.
The 4️⃣X set is the best, 1000 yen for two, seasoned with wasabi soy sauce.

🍣I bought the A set, the sushi is really delicious, the beef is very tender, the acidity of the sushi is just right, even the rice crackers for the sushi are delicious!
