This Japanese restaurant is opened by a local Chinese, so I can not only eat authentic set meals, but also my favorite eel rice set meal. What surprised me the most was that I also got to eat hairy crabs, which was definitely an unexpected gain.

我们去了，但是因为进屋后改变主意决定去寿司店，老板不太高兴，有点赶人走的意思，莫名其妙对着门口边挥手赶人边说拜拜，有点尴尬...感觉是个古怪的固执老头，有点不太专业，这个有点不和谐总体这几天的体验还是很好的，没有碰到无礼的招待，都很到位很有礼貌

🌿How can you miss the famous Hida beef when you come to Takayama? Although Hida beef is not as famous as the three major Japanese wagyu beef, it is also very plump and has a very high cost-effectiveness. Compared with Marumei and Ajizo Tengoku, this Hida beef sushi located on the old street of Takayama is more accessible.

🌿It is basically unrealistic to buy sushi here without queuing, but since it is take-out, the queue time is not long. We went there during the Spring Festival. There were more than ten people in front of us, and it took about 10 minutes to get in line.

🌿There are 4 sets of beef sushi:
1️⃣Set A is 700 yen for two sushi, one seasoned with salt and the other with light soy sauce
2️⃣Set B is 800 yen for two, and the sushi in this set is added with raw quail eggs and seaweed.
3️⃣Set C is 1000 yen for three, which is one of the A set and the B set.
The 4️⃣X set is the best, 1000 yen for two, seasoned with wasabi soy sauce.

Since the price is much cheaper than that of ordinary supermarkets, it always attracts many mothers and the middle class to buy!

If you stop by Takayama, you must order Hida beef. The price of 5A grade beef is really cute. The taste is really comparable to Kobe beef. The taste is really melt-in-your-mouth. Your mouth is full of oil. You will never forget it after eating it!

Ajizo Tenkoku Hida Beef BBQ Restaurant is a famous BBQ restaurant in the mountainous area. There are many people queuing up every night.
