黑少oI visited Takamatsu for the second time and still ate at this ramen restaurant.
Order at the self-service machine at the door and take a seat after entering.
The free tea next to it is very refreshing, and the free side dish of dried radish is also available.
The seasoning is indeed the soul of the ramen.
Although it tastes a bit salty, it is still delicious.

Ramen shop, Japanese ramen is salty, this one is the same, ramen is not like domestic ramen, it feels a bit like instant noodles. But the soup and ingredients are quite rich, it still feels a bit salty after eating, the business is good, there is a queue at the door in a while.
The first time I went to Japan, I chose the lesser-known Takamatsu and stayed at the Clermont Hotel. Opposite the hotel is Tokushima Ramen King. I have heard a lot about good food in Japan before, and the first meal here tasted OK, but the portion was a little small.
Tokushima is the second largest city in Shikoku, Japan, which is equivalent to the third and fourth tier cities in China. However, it is a small city in Japan, which is also quite interesting and not crowded. When we arrived in Tokushima, we stayed at the Daimaru Hotel next to the station. This hotel is very good. The location is next to the station and within walking distance to various attractions, so we started our walking tour of Tokushima with it as the center. The first stop after putting down the luggage was to go for food. There was a Tokushima ramen restaurant "Menwang" recommended on Ctrip near the hotel. After entering, we ordered its special ramen. This ramen restaurant also uses vending machines to order, so there is no language problem. The store is full of students and white-collar workers. I feel that it should be quite authentic, but Japanese ramen is usually salty. After eating ramen, we took a slow walk to the Awa Dance Hall. Along the way, we saw a very clear inland river. When crossing the bridge, there are statues of Awa Dance dancers at the head and end of the bridge, which shows that Awa Dance is a symbolic culture of Tokushima.
The noodles are smooth but springy. The soup is rich, but a little salty. The side dishes are also exquisite. There were a lot of people when I went there but there was no queue, so it was generally good. The noodles are smooth but springy. The soup is rich, but a little salty.
