365 Day is simply the star of hope in Tokyo’s dessert industry. The chef of this store is the talented pastry chef Akira Sugikubo, whose dream is to achieve world peace through bread. After eating his buns, my whole body became as soft, fluffy and peaceful as bread. If we could eat it every day, world peace would be just around the corner. The shop is small and very clean, with a bar counter like a late-night canteen, selling bread and dining in at the same time. We ordered four buns and sat down to eat them. They were so delicious that we couldn’t help but buy a bunch of them before we left. Best of all are the shiny chocolate buns and the earthy butter buns. We sneaked around the counter for five minutes, and when we saw everyone in front of us ordering chocolate bread, we immediately ordered it. It looks like holding a dung beetle ball (crossed out), like holding a black pearl, shiny. Soft and glutinous chocolate brioche, sandwiched with semi-melted creamy chocolate sauce, and topped with a layer of crispy chocolate balls. Slightly sweet but not greasy, fluffy and fragrant, so delicious. The butter bun looks ordinary, but the slogan says it melts in your mouth. We wanted to see what the melt-in-your-mouth bun looks like. Sure enough, like the scumbag, the outer shell has the texture of an ordinary bun, but it's actually a little hollow inside! It's fluffy and porous, looks like you and me, sweet and soft, and disappears as soon as it falls into your mouth, leaving only a dreamy butter aroma.
