I like Sukiyaki very much. I have been to Japan so many times but never went to this restaurant specifically. I must try it this time! The second day we arrived in Tokyo, we went to the store to book lunch for two days. Finally, we arrived on time that day. The service here was great as soon as we arrived. We also ordered two different Sukiyaki. The waiter Auntie prepared beef for us. One of them was a more advanced beef. It was very attractive when I heard it, and Auntie cooked it very deliciously. I still remember it so far. Even other ingredients, desserts, wine, environment, and service are super good.
Asakusa Imahan (Kokusai-dori Main Store) is located at 3-1-12 Nishi Asakusa 111-0035, Taito-ku, Tokyo. It is a delicious sukiyaki specialty store. The decoration style is antique and the whole store is served by female waiters. The service is professional and first-class. The food is delicious, the beef is tender and memorable.
It's really hard to find if you're not an acquaintance. We arrived at about 1 o'clock and were very lucky not to have to queue. The service was great. The three of us ordered Sukiyaki pot, and the waiter helped to cook it from beginning to end. It was very tender and delicious after being beaten in egg liquid. The price is a little expensive, an average lunch costs about 150 RMB per person, but I still recommend it.
For dinner, we chose the 8,000-yuan sukiyaki set. The 5A-grade beef was incredibly tender and the sauce was delicious. It was hard to imagine how delicious the 20,000-yuan premium Kobe beef would be. The service was courteous and attentive, and the tatami seating was a truly Japanese experience. We ordered cold sake and were presented with a tray of beautiful glasses in various colors and patterns, allowing us to choose our favorites. There was a service charge, but it was well worth it.
I ordered the premium marbling pork sukiyaki set meal for 10,000 yen, which came to 11,880 yen including tax, equivalent to 730 yuan. The beef melted in my mouth, so tender, smooth, and delicious. The table was set on a tatami mat, perfect for sitting cross-legged, or with a small stool. The appetizers were also delicious, making it the most satisfying meal of my solo trip. I was given a souvenir after I checked out.
Asakusa Imahan, founded in 1868, boasts a 119-year history. They insist on using Omi beef, one of Japan's three major Wagyu breeds, as their main ingredient. Omi beef is a domestically produced black-haired Wagyu with excellent texture and a refreshing, delicious flavor. Reunion, delicious food, and the continued joy of our lives are all worth a toast!
I'd read in a travel guide that this restaurant near Sensoji Temple was highly recommended, so I decided to go. It wasn't crowded when we arrived at lunchtime, and we were greeted by a very friendly waitress in her forties. She was very polite, spoke fluent English, and carefully recommended dishes and poured tea. The service was truly excellent. The three of us ordered a lunch set of sukiyaki and steak rice bowl, each costing around 2,500 yen, and a marbling beef sukiyaki for 8,000 yen. Both were delicious, with the meat being incredibly tender and the rice perfectly cooked. Perfect.
