真的在一起的时候LATURE is located at 2-2-2 ShibuyaAoyama Luca Bldg. B1F 150-0002, Shibuya-ku, Tokyo. I think Lature is really thoughtful and is a French restaurant that is very good at using local natural ingredients. From appetizers to main dishes to desserts, I was amazed. Although there is still a language barrier in the service, seeking common ground in differences is the skill between the host and the guest. Interestingly, there was a waiter who knew a little Chinese, and I was very happy even though it was a little bit. The chef played a leadership role, and the dessert chef was responsible for desserts. Although he did not have the qualification of a sommelier, his wine selection surprised me. My way of tasting anywhere is no different from that in Taiwan, but I understand that a one-star restaurant spends more time on the accuracy of cooking, wine, desserts and service, so I highly recommend Lature.

A restaurant serving French cuisine, which is quite famous locally!
This French restaurant hidden in Shibuya Omotesando is not only Michelin-starred, but also has a green star (to praise their environmentally friendly cooking). The key is that it is very easy to make an appointment. You can easily book a seat even if you go to 食べログ a day in advance. Lunch costs about 10,000 yen per person, which is very cost-effective. The staff are all very nice, and they can switch between Japanese and English at will, so there is no pressure to communicate. The lunch set meal shows the chef's delicate and obvious thoughts. Various wild-caught meats are paired with self-grown organic fruits and vegetables. Deer blood macarons: Deer blood is added, but there is no fishy smell. In the middle is foie gras sauce, which is mellow and delicate, salty and sweet, and the taste is just right, which immediately whets your appetite. Butter and bread: The butter is placed on a cute little wooden bird, and the bird's tail is used as a knife, which is super cute! The bread is baked with a full wheat aroma and is quite chewy. Duck, deer, bear, badger, wild boar meat pie: duck, deer, wild boar, badger, 🐻 meat, slightly wild, but not fishy, quite a surprise. Venison tenderloin: The deer flavor is obvious, but it is meaty, medium-rare, quite tender, and the red wine sauce is just right. The seasonal vegetables are fresh, and there are three homemade side dishes, which enhance the flavor and relieve greasiness. Dessert: Earl Grey tea ice cream, with mango meat added at the bottom, and a cup of Earl Grey black tea to relieve greasiness, a perfect ending. Overall, Lature is quite a surprise, the game dishes are interesting, very much to my personal taste, and the waiters are also very nice, it is worth leaving a lunch quota for it. #美食旬味会
We had a game dinner course, and the deer blood macaroons as an appetizer were particularly delicious.
