空空CJThe respect for the raw materials and the use of few seasonings to bring out the best flavors of the ingredients are the same. In a simple and quiet environment, this restaurant is like a food temple. Despite this, the service is still very good. After the guests finish their meal, the chef will come out to communicate with the guests and express his gratitude.

This is a time-honored French restaurant in Shinagawa. The slow-cooked lamb chops are delicious and tender. The red wine foie gras is also very good. The standard Japanese service of the waiter is impressive.
From start to finish, the set menu was light but satisfying, and each course was beautifully presented and tasted amazing. The wines paired perfectly with all the dishes. Without a doubt, it was a very enjoyable dining experience, thumbs up!
