Matsukawa, once the No. 1 restaurant in Japan by Tabelog. Many customers can only make an appointment once a year. I am lucky enough to know the Japanese intelligence, and I have tried it twice, in July 2018 and May 2019. The original appointment was for March 2020, but due to the epidemic, I couldn&#39;t go to the site. So the appointment became January 28, 2021. It&#39;s really a standard once-a-year meeting.

I continue to be captivated by the fascinating restaurant stories of this dining experience. They encompass the origins of ingredients and the rich cultural heritage of South America, seamlessly blended with unique flavors and exquisite cuisine. The chef began by introducing ingredients from Peru, setting the stage for our nine-course feast. Each dish, named after a different altitude, showcased the diversity of ingredients&mdash;from fresh seafood, highland fruits and vegetables, to a variety of meats.

Each Japanese chef has a different style. I&#39;ve eaten at several restaurants before, but I personally think this one is delicious and special. The environment is good. The location is large, so you need to make an appointment in advance. Sitting at the bar allows you to watch the chef make sushi, which is a visual enjoyment. The ingredients are very fresh, especially the sea urchin, which is very delicious. The environment of the whole restaurant is very quiet.

The entrance is very low-key, and the decoration is not gorgeous or exaggerated, which is a kind of low-key luxury. The decoration inside the restaurant is in the traditional palace style. There are only a few tables in the large space, so that each guest can enjoy it quietly without being disturbed by the adjacent guests. Eating here is not just a meal, but also a supreme enjoyment of vision, taste and touch. The service posture of each waiter is extremely elegant. Every turn, every look back, every gesture, is like watching a gorgeous performance.

Towers I am really happy to dine in such a high-end restaurant in Tokyo. I really feel so blessed. Not only is the restaurant beautiful, but every dish is beautiful and delicious. I can also enjoy the Tokyo Tower. It is so romantic!
