The Cantonese cuisine is very well made. The barbecued pork in it looks like the devilish barbecued pork in the God of Cookery, very thick and tender. The partridge legs in it are also a specialty, and the crab meat tendons are super delicate.
It's one of the few high-end Chinese restaurants in Tokyo. I didn't expect the Chinese food here to be so exquisite, similar to Kaiseki cuisine. The shredded tofu is so delicious that every strand is as thin as a hair.
Cha Chan Hua is a local star-rated Chinese restaurant. The environment of this restaurant is really first-class and the food is delicious. Except for the high price, I think it has no shortcomings and is perfect.
