Located in a high-rise building in Shinjuku, the view is very good. Compared with other high-end restaurants, this one is not so crowded and easy to locate. The main dish is marbled beef, which is really really really delicious and melts in your mouth! In addition, there are snow crabs in the season we went, so we ordered a beef pot and a crab pot set. Each portion is not large, but there are many dishes, and my stomach is bulging by the end. However, it is really recommended!

The food was impressive and well prepared. We had the premium beef shabu shabu as part of the set menu. The tuna sashimi starter was excellent, as was the cod with sweet miso. Had the Seryna sake with the meal, which was expensive - something you need to know right away (around $200-$300). Even for good food it is expensive. So knowing what you are getting into (and paying for) is definitely a prerequisite. Overall very good - we loved it!

The extremely quiet atmosphere makes it impossible to talk, and the coffee and chocolate are so delicious that you don't want to talk. Everyone drinks their own coffee and thinks about their own things. After a while, you will forget the people around you. Go out and go your separate ways, be well, and return home to report. Before entering the door, I saw the "No Photography" sign on the wall, I sat down angrily and ordered coffee angrily - then the coffee was really delicious, so I forgave it. I even talked to the lady in a good mood and asked them when they stopped taking photos, because it was still allowed last month. The lady said: "We never allow taking photos... but the customers don't ask one by one, they just take photos as soon as they come! Unconsciously, our bottom line has become that you can only take a photo of the coffee."

Drinks include iced tea, hot tea, coffee, juice and wine. You can choose from dozens of different flavors of tea! Scones are available in original and orange flavors. As expected of the Imperial Hotel, which puts service first, they took the initiative to take photos for us when they heard we were celebrating our birthdays, and immediately printed out the photos and gave one to each of us.

After eating so many delicious foods in Japan, the sweet taste and melt-in-the-mouth texture of wagyu beef is what I miss most. Although there are all kinds of parts of the cow, there are 3 kinds of beef tongue alone. We ordered a thick one this time, which tasted super good. Kalbi is tender and juicy, paired with their special butter garlic dipping sauce, and the raw egg with raw beef is nothing better! The rotisserie must be arranged!
