摆渡修行The temperature in Tokyo has suddenly cooled down since yesterday, so why not have a hot bowl of ramen?
The store is not too small, so I rushed in immediately after it opened at 6pm. If you go early, you don’t have to queue.
- Fried chicken nuggets: not big in size but good in texture and taste.
- Fried dumplings: The filling is well seasoned, but the amount of filling is really small...
- Miso Miso Rare: First of all, the saltiness of the soup is okay at first, but if you drink too much of the soup, you will still feel that there is too much salt. The ramen is served with teriyaki chicken nuggets, which are made from chicken thighs, which are sweet and cooked. It can be said to be very tasty. I asked the waiter and it seems that they can’t add more chicken? Another highlight is the bamboo shoots, which are as sweet as the teriyaki chicken and taste good. I ordered two extra portions and simply ate them as extra snacks. As for the noodles, the texture is pretty average.
- Spicy white soup ラーメン: The soup is slightly saltier than the chicken miso version, but it is within an acceptable range, and it is not particularly thick, so overall it does not feel too heavy. The toppings include minced chicken, which is quite delicious. I used the same type of noodles, but my friend’s bowl had more broken ones.
Generally speaking, judging from the two items I ate, the soups here are not heavy, and the saltiness is within an acceptable range. Although if you drink too much, you will still feel that you have taken in too much salt. It is said that in Germany, a country with heavy tastes, the chance of winning the lottery and eating salty dumplings is quite high (whether it is snacks or Michelin). At least for these two dishes, the soup at this restaurant does not feel too salty. The grilled meat and bamboo shoots in the toppings are also very delicious.

Looking through the menu, I thought there would be Japanese cold noodles in the summer, but unfortunately there was none. There is no air conditioning in the room in the summer, and I thought salt or soy sauce ramen would not be too heavy. Hu Zi, I was determined to eat dandan noodles. In addition to ramen, I also ordered 3 small appetizers with beer and iced black tea, which was cool. - Fried chicken nuggets: I like Takumi's fried chicken nuggets very much. They are crispy and the chicken nuggets inside are tender. - Vegetable mashed potato croquettes and sweet potato croquettes: Both are served with fried pork cutlet spicy soy sauce. The croquettes themselves are crispy and taste okay. I prefer the sweet potato version. - Japanese yuzu salt ramen: The chicken soup is fresh and salty, and Japanese yuzu peel is added to add a refreshing feeling, but it will still feel salty if you drink too much. The teriyaki chicken thighs are as delicious as always, with a slightly sweet taste. What is more disappointing is the bamboo shoots. They are not the bamboo shoot tips as before, but bamboo shoot slices with a slightly strange taste. I hope I can change it back in the future! - Dandan noodles: The soup of Dandan noodles has a strong sesame aroma and is moderately spicy. The minced meat in the topping is also very tasty, but the amount is a bit small. This bowl is a bit heavier than the salty one, and there is a lot of soup left after eating. As for the noodles, Hu and Miao have different feelings. They think they are a bit hard, and they think they are just right.
Although it is not a top sushi restaurant, the sushi they make is definitely not bad. The fish roe sushi is delicious and said to be very nutritious. The toro part is in a good position and not too soft when eaten. It is very delicious.
Takumi Shingo is a particularly well-known Japanese restaurant. Their sushi is also ranked among the best in the local area. The sushi here is also made and eaten immediately, and the quality is really impeccable.
