This restaurant, Les chanterelles, is hidden in an ordinary residential area. In French, it means mushrooms. Chef Yusuke Nakata went to pick mushrooms while training at a Michelin restaurant in France. He felt that mushrooms are an inconspicuous ingredient but taste great. So when he returned to Japan and opened the restaurant, he used it as the name of the restaurant. The ingredients in the restaurant are all seasonal fish and fresh vegetables picked by small farmers in Japan, including the important mushrooms.
It&rsquo;s rare to have a full French meal with 10 courses, and the time is like eating in France. It took two and a half hours to eat. From the moment the appetizers entered our mouths, our eyes were wide open! It was great.

Ramen is all about the soup... The skewers are OK... But the guy here is quite enthusiastic, which is a good comment. It was already past 10pm when we arrived, and we were starving. We found that the restaurant opposite was still open and served ramen when we got there. After the trip, the taste couldn&#39;t be better!
