The food truck is a converted horse trailer&mdash;honestly the coolest part. You can watch them prep everything right in the open, which I liked. Got the wrap and it was decent, though I wish the seating nearby was a bit more comfortable. Still, the setup itself makes it worth stopping by if you&#39;re in the area.

The enchiladas were spot on&mdash;good spice level, lots of cheese. Service was quick too. Fries on the side were a nice touch.

The pesto base on the pizza was a nice surprise, really fresh tasting. Dough had a good char, cooked properly. Prices are a bit steep though, but you can tell the ingredients are quality. I&rsquo;d probably come back if I&rsquo;m in the area again, just not an everyday spot for me.
