The free interior tour is a nice touch. The chandeliers and period furnishings are the real highlight, not just the exterior. Spent about 20 minutes walking through.

Lovely view of the port from the terrace. I really appreciated the fresh, crisp greens in my salad—they tasted just-picked. The simple grilled fish was a nice, light complement. A peaceful spot for a mindful lunch.

The all-you-can-drink happy hour is a solid deal. I really liked the little appetizers they had this month, they were so cute and actually tasted good. A nice spot to unwind.

I had a delightful afternoon tea at this restaurant, where the colorful desserts were as exciting as the breathtaking view of Yokohama. The attentive service and serene atmosphere made it a perfect spot for a relaxing afternoon.

Fun spot for a casual dinner with friends. Staff kept things moving and the vibe was good. The grilled octopus was tender, but the fries were just okay. Decent for the price.

The coffee float here is a serious dessert. That scoop of ice cream is massive, really dense and creamy. It actually reminded me of a brioche ice cream I had once – that same rich, almost buttery quality. A solid choice if you have a sweet tooth.

Lunch rush is real here, had to wait a bit. The QR code ordering was quick, saved some time. My table was near the open kitchen area and it did get pretty warm, even with the nice decor.

Been coming here for years. The fish and chips are always spot on - crispy batter, nice flaky cod. That's the main reason I keep coming back. It's just a solid, reliable spot.

Came here for a late brunch after Hakone. The caramel banana espresso pancakes really stood out. The banana was so fresh, and the pancakes were light, not heavy at all. A nice, balanced treat.

The BBQ burger patty was cooked just right, juicy and not dry. The sauce had a nice smoky sweetness to it. Bun was soft but held together. That's what I come for.

Nice bright space, feels open and cozy. Stopped in for a quick coffee. The barista was really helpful when I asked about customizing my drink.

Stopped by for the strawberry and chocolate flavors. They're only around for a limited time, so glad I caught them. Takeout only, which is fine. The strawberry one was really fresh.

The anna sweet potato shiruko was my first time trying it. The texture of the sweet potato was so smooth, and the simmered apples added just the right touch of tartness. A really nice, cozy dessert to end the meal.

The lunch set is a solid deal. Comes with a drink and a small salad. Portion is just right for me, not too heavy. The grilled chicken in the main was tender, simple seasoning but done well.

Been coming here for years. The counter's the spot if you want to chat. Always run into a few regulars, makes it feel like the neighborhood spot it is. Easy to get talking.

The crème brûlée was a nice finish. Got it after a quick lunch. The sugar crust cracked nicely, custard was smooth. Hit the spot without being too heavy.

The unlimited wine option is really solid. I liked switching between a few different glasses. The reds were better than the whites, but it was fun to explore. Good for a relaxed evening out.

The dining atmosphere is pleasant, and the proactive service made my visit enjoyable. However, there's room for improvement in the waitstaff's coordination.

Restaurant in Hyatt Regency Hakone Resort and Spa

The kaisendon I ordered was exquisite, with a variety of fresh seafood that was beautifully presented. The reasonable prices and friendly service make this restaurant a great choice!

Dining here during the azalea season was a treat! The combination of beautiful surroundings and delicious French cuisine made for a memorable experience.
