Visited on a Saturday morning. The place is spotless, really well looked after. My drink was made just right, and the service was spot on. A nice, straightforward start to the weekend.

Been coming here for years, and the Tangier Taste breakfast is the reason. My Moroccan mate says it's spot on, and I trust him. That mint tea is always rich and flavourful, just how I like it. It's my go-to.

We had a great lunch - the soup starter & roast were absolutely delicious & the staff made us feel at home - a wonderful pub in a beautiful village - will definitely be back!!

Been coming here for years, and their samosas are just as good as the first time. Always packed, so you know it's the real deal. A bit of a wait sometimes, but that's part of the charm.

Christmas set menu was good value. Tobi was efficient and pleasant. Starters were generous portions, the turkey main was hearty and well-cooked. A solid option for a business lunch in the area.

Sabrina was so lovely when my drink went everywhere. She sorted it out quickly and was really nice about it, didn't make a fuss at all. Made a clumsy moment much better!

The pancakes were fluffy and fresh, which I really appreciate. The historical setting is a nice touch too.

Popped in after seeing the castle. The Tudor building is lovely, really adds to the feel. Had the fish and chips, which were pretty good. Service was a bit slow, but it was busy. A decent spot for a relaxed meal.

The staff were so kind - they even gave us some pastries as they were closing up. It was a really nice gesture that made the end of our meal feel extra warm.

The staff were really friendly and on the ball. Food came out at a nice pace, which was appreciated.

The veggie breakfast was a nice surprise. I really focus on fresh ingredients, and the sausages were particularly good – packed with flavour and didn't feel heavy at all. The plate was nicely presented too. A solid choice for a healthier start.

Great spot for a quick lunch in the cathedral quarter. The space is really nice and elegant. Got the chicken sandwich, came out fast. Perfect for a speedy bite between meetings.

Love the vintage theme, reminds me of my grandparents' place. Had the chicken pie for a quick lunch. Service was fast, got my order in under 10 minutes. Perfect for a busy day.

Been coming here for years, and the value's always been spot on. Decent portions, fair prices - especially for the town centre. It's why I keep coming back.

Been coming for years, and the breakfast never disappoints. Staff always know what to suggest.

The team has a great system - orders, drinks, and clearing tables all handled separately. Queue moves fast even when packed.

Popped in for a pint after arriving at the station. Right by the church, so dead handy. The lager was decent, just what I needed. A bit pricey for what it is, but the spot can't be beat for convenience.

Found this spot near Guildhall by accident. The breakfast was so good, I'm already planning to bring my friends back next weekend. The vibe is just right for a casual catch-up.

Stopped by for a quick lunch on a sunny day. The Brie and cranberry ciabatta with a side salad was solid. Really liked the optional overhead heaters—they make the patio seating so much more usable when there's a slight chill.

Been coming here for years. The hot chocolate with marshmallows and cream is my go-to, always hits the spot. It's just consistently good, you know? That's what keeps me coming back.

The vegetables here are cooked just right, not too soft. You can tell they're made fresh when you order. The whole meal felt really satisfying.

The mango and rose falooda were so refreshing! Loved how cold and flavourful they were. The aloo paratha was soft and quite filling, perfect for a light bite. Really appreciated the fresh ingredients.

Been here a few times with big groups. The service always keeps the drinks and cheese coming, which is perfect for a celebration.

Popped in for a quick lunch. The paninis are made fresh, you can see them being pressed. My chicken pesto ciabatta was spot on, really tasty. Just a shame the seating is a bit cramped when it's busy.

Popped in for a midweek pint and a bite. The fish and chips were solid—crispy batter, proper chips. Service was friendly and quick, which is just what you want on a Tuesday. A reliable spot when you can't be bothered to cook.

The staff were so helpful with my gluten-free request. They brought out a separate platter for me, no fuss at all. Really appreciated that attention to detail.

A lovely spot that feels like a proper find. The food is generous and has a real home-cooked taste to it. The staff were so warm and welcoming, which made the whole visit really comfortable.
