The loose leaf tea selection here is solid. I tried a couple of their oolongs. The one from the high mountains had a really clean, floral note that lingered. The other was more roasted, almost nutty. Good stuff for a quiet afternoon.

Been coming here for years. The covered outdoor seating is what keeps me coming back - rain or shine, you can always grab a table outside. Food&#39;s always solid.

We&rsquo;re visiting from Liverpool for the weekend, so we were not sure what to expected  but the Top Bank was a find. The food was fresh, tasty and well presented. We had the house white wine which was really nice and they have a selection of cocktails. Service was lovely efficient but you didn&rsquo;t feel rushed. Only issue was it was fully booked the next night as I wanted to try more of the menu.

Service was spot on. The stir-fry beef had a lovely light touch, and the hot sake was a nice change. Just a really pleasant, no-fuss evening.

Been coming here for years, the salt and pepper ribs are always spot on. The happy hour deal is decent, makes it a regular stop for me.
