Decent spot for a casual bite. The steak frites were cooked just right, and the price was fair. Staff were friendly and quick. Nothing fancy, but it hit the spot.

A decent spot for Chinese food. The spicy salted squid is really good, crisp and flavourful. The fried rice is a reliable choice too. The place was a bit loud on a Friday evening, but the food came out quickly.

The mixed grill was huge and the steak was spot on. Their house red was a decent match for it, not too pricey.

The staff are genuinely lovely. They accidentally gave me the wrong matcha but sorted it out so quickly and kindly. It felt like a proper neighbourhood spot, not just a cafe.

Friendly staff, they really make you feel welcome. The cafe itself is spotless, which is nice. Had a decent coffee and a slice of cake, nothing fancy but a solid spot for a quick stop.

The pork loin roast was a generous plate, with plenty of meat, potatoes, and veg. The space itself is lovely—high ceilings and those big, comfy booths make it easy to settle in for a while.

Brought my dog along, they were cool with it. Had a burger while he chilled under the table. Good spot if you're out with your pup.

Popped in for a quick bite after a walk. The fish tacos were made fresh to order, which you don't always get. Nice spot being so close to the beach too.

Love the smashed avocado on toast. The eggs royale is a solid choice too. Got there around 9 and it was nice and quiet, had a good spot by the window.

The Singapore vermicelli was the highlight. The noodles had a nice wok hei flavour, and the prawns were cooked just right. Could've used a bit more of it though.

Love that they're so dog-friendly! Our pup got a little water bowl and some treats, made it feel really welcoming for the whole family. A nice spot to relax with him.

The coffee here is excellent, and the staff were happy to suggest a great wine to go with my lunch. A lovely, friendly spot.

Came on a quiet night. The waitress was lovely, we ended up having a really nice chat. The all-you-can-eat selection is decent, but yeah, it's definitely pricier than just getting takeaway.

The coffee milkshake was the star. Made the old-fashioned way, it’s thick and creamy, not overly sweet. Really hits the spot. A bit pricey for a shake, but you can taste the quality.

The fully loaded breakfast sandwich is the one. It’s my usual when I’m meeting clients nearby. Just hits the spot every time.

Been coming here for years. The bangers and mash is always spot on, and the mushroom risotto is a solid choice. You definitely won't leave hungry.

Came for a pint by the marina and was really impressed by the beer selection. They had some proper German and European options on tap. Ended up trying a few different ones, which was a nice surprise.

Service was super quick, which I really appreciated. The prawn Pad Thai came loaded with prawns, just as you'd hope. A solid spot for a reliable meal.

The tasting menu was a real treat. Each course had such thoughtful flavours, and the plating was just stunning. Price-wise, it's similar to other nice places around here.

Lovely little spot. Food was delicious - the mushroom risotto was spot on, creamy but not heavy. Staff were friendly and attentive. Cozy atmosphere, perfect for a relaxed evening. Only slight wait for a table, but worth it.

Lovely to find a spot with a garden area where we could bring the dog. The staff were really nice about it and even brought a water bowl out for him. Made for a relaxed lunch.

Love the retro vibe here! Popped in for a lazy brunch with friends. It's a cafe, record shop, and a hair salon all in one. Such a cool, relaxed spot to hang out. The music playing was a nice touch.

We've been coming here for years, the food is always reliable. What I really appreciate is how comfortable the booths are, you can settle in for a proper meal without feeling rushed. The staff are attentive without being overbearing.

Had a short wait for a table. The pulled pork baps and loaded hash browns were really good. The milkshake was a nice treat too. Found it a bit pricey, but the service was friendly and we felt comfortable staying a while.

Booked last minute and got lucky! The polpette di pane al sugo was so comforting, the bread soaked up the sauce perfectly. Tiramisu was a nice touch. Staff were really chill about our indecisiveness.

Breakfast was solid. The sausages had a nice herb kick, and the baked beans were properly thick. The egg yolks were that deep orange you want to see. Iced coffee hit the spot. Kids' meals are priced fairly, which is a plus.

We were so lucky! It was packed but they squeezed us into a cute spot outside. Perfect for catching up with friends over wine. The staff were really on it, even when it got hectic.

Came here with a few friends last week. The portions are really generous, we ended up sharing a couple of starters and still had leftovers! Good for a casual catch-up.

Great spot for a quick bite. Got a pizza on a Tuesday night, cooked perfectly and reasonably priced. The refurb looks good, lots of detail. Wheelchair and dog friendly too. Fast service, which is what I needed.

The toffee apple crumble here is fantastic. Warm, with a perfect crumbly topping and just the right amount of sweetness. It's the kind of dessert you think about later. The portion was generous too, especially for the price. Really enjoyed it.
