The pistachio chocolate cake was a lovely way to finish. It's rich without being too heavy. The staff were kind enough to wrap up the last slice for me to take home, which was a thoughtful touch.

The peri-peri chips are a real favourite of mine. They're always so flavourful and well-seasoned. I also really appreciate how comfortable the booths are here, makes for a relaxed meal.

The Nihari was fresh and the meat was so tender. Could have used a bit more spice for my taste, but still good.

The Belgian chocolate kunafeh with pistachio is a standout. Rich and well-made, if you've got a sweet tooth.

The halloumi and pear burger is a pretty good vegetarian option. A nice, creative combo.

Host was really on it. Squid came out perfectly crisp, not greasy at all. They showed us how to cook the meats, then just watched from a distance to make sure we didn't mess it up. Helpful without hovering.

Lovely spot to cool down. The cakes looked fantastic, so we tried the chocolate gateau and a fruit tart. Both were spot on - not too sweet, really fresh. The seats are comfy, you can sit for ages. A bit pricey for the slice size, but it hit the spot.

Great spot for a quick bite. Food came out fast and the menu had good variety. Portions were a bit small for the price, but it did the job.

Came here for a coffee and a slice of their carrot cake. The cake was really moist and had a nice, not-too-sweet cream cheese frosting. Just what I needed on a quiet afternoon. The place itself is very clean and tidy, which is always a plus.

Tried the full English breakfast here. It's simple but they do it right – everything was cooked perfectly, and it kept me full for ages. Service was quick and friendly too.

Been ordering their takeaway for ages now, always through Deliveroo. Food's always hot and arrives exactly when they say it will. That kind of reliability keeps me coming back.

So many dessert choices! I'm really enjoying the Dubai chocolate sundae right now. The flavors are really fresh and vibrant.

A proper local boozer. The beer selection is great, I found a fantastic pale ale that paired perfectly with my fish and chips. Atmosphere gets really lively when it's busy, which I like. Could do with a few more wines by the glass though.

The egg custard tart is the star. The filling is so creamy, and the pastry has that lovely flaky texture. You can tell they use quality ingredients.
