The hush puppies were a standout. Sweet, almost dessert-like, and fried just right. They paired surprisingly well with a crisp lager. A solid choice to start.

I'm a sucker for their custard. The daily rotating flavor is a nice touch - keeps me coming back to see what's new. Sundaes are solid, shakes are thick. Just wish they had a few more classic options on the menu.

Service is solid. Server knew the menu well, made good suggestions. Food came out at a reasonable pace. No complaints on that front.

The fried grouper basket was spot on, crispy and tender. The booths are super comfy, which made for a really relaxed lunch.

Soft shell crab week. Got the basket. Crispy, not greasy. Perfect with a cold beer. Service was chill.

They roast their own beans here, which is cool. You can really taste the difference, even in their decaf. It's smooth, no weird chemical taste at all. A solid spot for catching up with a friend over a good cup.

Eliza was so nice! I ordered the spicy chicken and it was a bit too much for me. She noticed and offered to swap it for something milder, no charge. Really appreciated that. Prices are fair too.

Got seated right away on a quiet afternoon. The vibe is so cozy with those deep booths and warm lighting, just really easy to settle into. Food was solid, especially the carrot cake.

Stumbled in after a walk. Food tasted fresh, like a home-cooked meal. Got that classic OBX vibe everyone talks about. Service was solid, no fuss. Just a good, simple spot.

Nice spot for a casual bite by the water. I ordered the fish tacos online for delivery to my place down the street. They got here fast and were still warm! The mango salsa on top was a nice touch.

Been coming here for years, and the crab cake sandwich never disappoints. Just the right amount of filler, always packed with flavor.

The lamb dish was huge, way bigger than I expected. I love how they don't skimp on portions here. It's a nice change from the tiny plates you get at some places. Everything tasted good, too.

Stopped by for a quick bite. The flavor options are wild, and the prices are solid. Ate mine outside next to the pizza spot. Simple and hit the spot.

The dive bar vibe here is spot on. Quirky decor everywhere, feels lived-in and real. The energy is lively but not overwhelming. Just a solid, casual spot to grab a cold one and unwind.

Found a great spot for lunch in the Outer Banks. Got the Cuban sandwich to go, and it was ready exactly when they said. The bread was really good, nice and crispy. A solid, easy option when you just want a reliable bite.

They get your order out fast, perfect after a beach day. The portions are huge for the price. I was impressed with their beer list, found a nice local IPA that went great with the fish tacos. Solid spot.

The gyro omelet was a solid choice, really different from the usual. The hash browns were spot-on, crispy and not greasy. Just a good, hearty breakfast spot. The space itself is a bit tight, but it's got a nice, unpretentious vibe.

The crab was steamed, not smothered in sauce. Felt like a healthier choice than the usual buffet stuff. Pretty decent.

The pulled pork sandwich here is a solid choice. The vinegar-based barbecue sauce really cuts through the richness. Sides are generous, especially the coleslaw. Portion sizes are big for the price.

Stopped in for a quick breakfast. Waitress was super attentive, even checked on another table’s food allergy which was nice. My meal was tasty, but honestly, the portion felt a little small for what I paid. Still, a solid spot.

Hatteras clam chowder was the star. Creamy, loaded with clams. That's the move. Chocolate chip pecan pie was good, but honestly, just get the chowder.

The apple pie ice cream was the standout. It's creamy and actually tastes like the real thing. The rum raisin was fine too. A solid spot for a unique scoop.

The milkshakes are as good as everyone says. I really appreciated that they use real, fresh fruit in them. It was a nice, creamy treat that paired well with my lunch.

Late night craving for a large pepperoni pizza and garlic bread. They were so fast! Exactly what I needed. 🍕 Glad they're open late.

The fried flounder was crispy and perfect. The soft shell crab portion was huge, I could barely finish it. Our waitress had the sweetest smile.

First time trying their calzone, and it was a solid choice. The crust was crispy, and the ricotta inside was super creamy. Calamari was good too, but that calzone is the real star here.

Good spot for a quick bite with the family. The kids' menu is solid, and they have games on the TVs to keep them busy. Patio is dog-friendly too. Food came out fast, which is a major plus for us.

The table-side guacamole was a highlight, made fresh with a nice show. Paired it with a crisp Sauvignon Blanc, which worked really well. The seafood chimichangas were solid, though the portion felt a bit light for the price.

Claudine was our server, and she was just so nice. It was our first time here, but she made it feel like we'd been coming for years. Really appreciated that.
