I really like that it's not a chain. The owners remember your name and your usual order, which is a nice touch. You can tell they care about the regulars here.

The pour-over coffee is good, but the Aeropress is even smoother. I've been twice now. For the price, I was hoping the portion would be a bit bigger though. It's a small cup.

The traditional cannoli is the standout. Shell is crisp, filling is rich without being overly sweet. A solid choice for dessert.

The ube hopia was a standout, really enjoyed it with my afternoon coffee. They had a good variety of Filipino pastries. The yellow bean one was solid too. A nice little find for a sweet treat.

The owner recommended the cinnamon panino, and it was spot on. I really appreciated how fresh the ingredients tasted. The bread was warm and the cinnamon flavor was just right, not too sweet. A nice, simple treat.

The purple sweet potato latte is the one. Natural flavor, creamy texture, not too sweet. The pandan matcha is interesting too, but sometimes the pandan gets lost. Solid drinks.

Right by King Station, so convenient. Their coffee is always strong and flavourful, perfect for a quick grab. I like that the pastry selection changes often.

The rooftop patio is a lovely spot with great views. The seating was really comfortable for a relaxed evening.

Found this cute little spot for lunch. The quinoa bowl was fresh and tasty, just what I needed. A nice change from the usual.

The owner is so sweet, always offering samples and chatting with everyone. It feels like visiting a friend's place. The staff's warmth really makes the whole experience.

Nice little spot for a rainy night. Our server Chris suggested the paella, and it was pretty good. Decent portion for the price, though the rice was just a touch soft for my taste.

Love their spinach danish! Freshly baked and just the right amount of flaky. The bagels looked great too.

The injera was so fresh and fluffy, it really stood out. You could taste the quality in the teff flour. The vegetables in my platter were also crisp and vibrant. A lovely spot for a healthy, satisfying meal.

Happy hour is the move here. Snagged a couple $5 pints and the nachos were half price. Solid spot to unwind after work, especially for Toronto prices.

Great spot for a quick lunch. The father and son team clearly care, everything is prepped fresh daily. Place is spotless. Got the chicken sandwich, it was solid. Perfect for a fast, no-fuss bite.

The open kitchen is a nice touch. You can watch the chef work, and he even came over for a quick chat. It made the meal feel a bit more personal. The food was pretty good, though my main course was just a touch salty.
