Stopped by on a whim after the Peace Park. The okonomiyaki was cooked right in front of us, which was pretty cool. Good vibe, decent price. Hit the spot.

The terrace view of the castle is lovely. A glass of crisp white wine made the afternoon perfect for relaxing with our dog.

The curry was so good I had two bowls of rice with it. 🍚 The lunch beer special was a nice pairing, made for a really satisfying midday break.

Been coming here for years, and the 700 yen ramen is still the reason. It's just a solid, reliable bowl every single time. The ticket machine's easy, even with the English menu. Honestly, for the price, you can't beat it.

The conger eel bowl arrived steaming hot. The sauce was mild, not overly salty at all. Just a really nice, balanced flavor that made the whole thing so comforting.

Comfortable and clean, always a reliable spot. Their cakes are consistently good — tried the matcha roll this time, and it was just the right amount of sweet.

That Hiroshima lemon rare cheesecake was the star! The tartness was so refreshing, not too sweet at all. Went perfectly with my fizzy lemon soda. A really nice, light way to end the meal.

Tucked away on a quiet side street. Good to avoid the crowds. Their shaved ice is really fluffy, just melts away. That's what I come back for.
