Friends who like to take a hot spring bath♨️ must go to Oita Prefecture in Kyushu! We checked in at many holy places on this trip! Beppu Onsen♨️ is famous~ I revisited Beppu Sea Hell and was surrounded by the azure hot springs! The highest water temperature of the hot spring can reach nearly one hundred degrees Celsius! Speaking of hot spring hotels, Yumotoya is really good! You will definitely love the open-air hot springs here 💕! It is especially pleasant to watch the snow scenery and soak in the hot springs! The interior of the hotel is also very large and new, and the service is super good! There is also a hot spring hotel, Sujiyu Onsen Kujo Yuutei! They are famous for their hotel's lucky pet dog! This smiling Samoyed named Angel will naturally take the initiative to greet guests whenever they come, and will sit down obediently to take photos. He is really a star dog! Many TV stations and magazines have reported on it! The hot springs here not only have open-air hot springs but also private hot springs! Very Showa-style feeling! The dinner is also very sumptuous. If you stay here, you must try their hotel’s specialty, the Blissful Warm Chicken! If you like skiing, you can't go wrong going to 🎿Kuchū Forest Park Ski Field! The clothes and ski equipment rented there are all of the best quality for skiing! ! Snowboard 🏂Advanced! The ski resort is also very large, and it is super fun to ski~ There are also many local food shops in Oita. We went to a restaurant called くじゅう野の花の乡 at noon. It was a very quiet restaurant. The proprietress welcomed us very warmly. It happened to be snowing heavily that day. We enjoyed the food while looking at the snow outside the window. We ordered the most special chicken tempura 🍤 set meal, which was really satisfying! About 7 minutes’ walk from Beppu Sea Hell, there is a museum called Beppu Kannawa Hell Onsen Museum. We went in curiously and found a lot of information about the past and present of the hot springs, as well as "hot spring steam" postcards that you can DIY and stamp to check in. If you want to know more about hot springs, you can come here! #JapanTravel

We had a great meal in this traditional building. After appetizers and aperitifs at the entrance, we took off our shoes and entered the seating area. The seating area has several tables slightly above the ground and cushions to sit on. As we held a banquet, the dishes kept coming until we were full. There was a wide variety of them, including delicious vegetables, seafood including jellyfish and abalone, tender pork, noodles, fresh beef, salted fish, and of course kimchi and various pickled vegetables. The rice was not served until late, when we were basically full. Apart from this small omission, the meal was delicious and interesting. Water was provided with the meal, and local wine was served in a teapot. It was an interesting dining experience (the staff did not speak much English), but our bodies were stiff after sitting for several hours.
