The food was excellent and the wine pairings were spot on. I would have never thought to try the wines but they matched the food so well it was great. Highly recommended. This was a last minute decision and we managed to get a table. The restaurant is small, the kitchen is full of enthusiasm and the wait staff are very friendly. The dishes were excellent and the wine pairings were interesting and sometimes made you discover something new. Well done.

Tapa-tapa is very easy to find on the famous shopping avenue. I ordered seafood rice and several tapas. The taste was good. The seafood rice was not big. It was enough for two people. As for tapa, I like the toast with ham and cheese in the third picture. The others were also delicious!

The restaurant was founded in 2001. It has a simple decoration, but the table arrangement is a bit cramped; the service staff is a bit rigid and there is room for improvement in professionalism; it serves creative Catalan cuisine, strictly uses seasonal ingredients, and the taste presentation not only inherits traditional Catalan cuisine, but also has new perspectives, providing diners with a soft and balanced taste experience. Recommended!

We came to celebrate my partner's birthday. A party of 5. We were seated right away and had a delicious meal of starters and paella. We received the attention of several wait staff and made to feel welcome. Don't miss their cheesecake dessert.

This is the restaurant where Catalan chef Carles Abellan (who currently owns nine restaurants) defines "Barcelona cuisine". In the vintage-style decoration, soothing music flows; although the layout of the restaurant is a bit cramped, the friendly and thoughtful service is enough to make up for it. The name of the restaurant is a pun, sucar lent, which means "slowly dip" in Catalan; and suculento means "delicious and juicy" in Spanish. They are practicing all of this through the careful design and patient cooking of each dish!

It's my first time to eat tortilla-style pasta!! Every bite is full of cream! So rich, I love it!! The signature seafood risotto here, which contains asparagus, shrimp, and clam meat is very fresh!! Delicious~

The first Michelin three-star restaurant I experienced in Barcelona was abac. We booked it a month in advance and were very lucky to have a 9 o'clock dinner reservation. There were two set menus to choose from. The waiter was very considerate and recommended us set menu A, which had a relatively shorter dining time. The second set menu took about 4 hours, which was too difficult for us who were still adjusting to the jet lag. There were a total of 18 dishes, and each dish was replaced with a new and ingenious tableware. It felt like we were not only enjoying food, but also enjoying art!
