The house appetizers were delicious, I had never eaten an amatriciana and a gricia like this; friendly staff and a very nice location; a tip: don't look for the street with the fork app but directly with Google and then follow Google maps!

Excellent fixed menu based on river shrimp, which come from their own crops: risotto g. of river and g. of river in guazzetto! Superb lemon vanilla sorbet. €50 for 2.. The only downside is the extra charge for booking with the fork. In restaurants without the fork discounts then it is better to book on your own!!

Tradition par excellence, typical dishes from Rieti and Rome are offered. I couldn't help but try the amatriciana, cooked according to the classic recipe, truly fantastic. I also tried one of the classics of Roman tradition, namely coda alla vaccinara. I don't remember how long it's been since I got my fingers dirty with sauce to better enjoy this symbolic dish of poor Roman cuisine. To conclude, I must compliment the staff, truly kind and helpful (this also comes if you like long or short pasta for the first courses, in order to satisfy every need of the customer. Highly recommended, also for the unbeatable quality-price ratio.
