The spinach crepe was lovely, with a really nice hollandaise. The French toast was good, but the eggs were a bit overdone for my taste. Coffee refills were on point though.

Lovely terrace for a special occasion. Food was nicely presented but flavors were a bit subtle.

The paneer tikka was a nice change, but I really appreciated how fresh the ingredients tasted. The spices felt clean and balanced.

Been coming here for years, and their canelés are always spot on. That crispy shell and soft, vanilla center never disappoint.

They made a custom vegan pizza for my friend, no problem. Loaded it up with veggies. Good to see a place that can handle special requests quickly. Got us in and out during a busy lunch.

The patio was nice, but the food is what stood out. The salmon was perfectly cooked, skin crispy, flaky inside. The lemon butter sauce had a nice balance, not too rich. Just a simple, well-made dish.

The set menu is a decent deal. We tried the masaman curry and it was pretty good. The tapioca dessert was the highlight, actually – we ended up getting another one to take home.

The yellowtail tuna in the sashimi platter was really good. A bit pricey, but you can tell the ingredients are top-notch.

Riad and Sheida are great. They're attentive and make you feel welcome, remembering regulars. Service was a bit slow when it got busy, but overall a pleasant experience.

Creative cocktails here. The Le Vieux Cajou had this unique flavour mix, really enjoyed that one. Nice spot to grab a drink.

Walked in alone for a quick lunch, got a seat at the bar right away. The vibe is chill, service was fast. Had the chicken sandwich, came out hot and was solid. Good for a quick bite when you're on the go.

The pad thai here is really well done. The noodles had that perfect chew, and the balance of sweet, sour, and savory was spot on. The chef and his wife are super friendly, which made the whole meal feel cozy. I’ll definitely be back for those cocktails, too.

The octopus was cooked perfectly, a real highlight. The lamb was amazing too, and the salmon tartare was delicious. Portions are on the smaller side, but everything was so full of flavor.

Lovely patio in the Old Port. Had a coffee and a croissant. The pastry was fresh, flaky, and not too sweet. Just right for a quiet morning. The coffee was a bit strong for my taste, but the overall freshness of the ingredients made it a pleasant stop.

The bagels are fresh and made right in front of you. My smoked meat one was tasty, and the seats were surprisingly comfortable for a quick stop.

First time here and the chicken and waffles really stood out. The chicken was super juicy and the waffle had a nice crisp to it. Everything tasted really fresh.

Fish charcuterie board was the move. Really fresh, nice variety. Reuben was solid too. Fair prices for the quality. Good beer list.

Been here a few times now. The braised lamb is always tender, falls right off the bone. Cold mezze and shrimp are solid too. Flavors are spot on, and you can tell they put thought into the plates. One of the better spots in the neighborhood for sure.

The breakfast portions are huge! I could barely finish my plate, but everything tasted fresh and well-made.

Stopped by for their omakase. The fish was super fresh, and the chef’s cuts were really precise. Felt like a nice treat without being crazy expensive. Solid spot for something a bit special.

No. 6 of Fine Dining in Montreal

The wine pairings were a highlight. Marie-Josée explained each choice so well—her pick for the scallop course was spot on. Really made the whole dinner feel more thoughtful.

The table d'hôte menu had some really thoughtful options. I went with the duck, which is a classic for a reason. The meat was perfectly cooked, and I appreciated the focus on fresh, seasonal ingredients in the sides. It felt like a balanced, satisfying meal.

Best croissants I've had in Montreal. Their brioche is also pretty tasty. Gotta come back for that matcha parfait.

Been coming here for years. The thin crust is always crispy and just right. That's why I keep coming back.

Chef came by our table to say hello. You can tell they really care about the details here. The ingredients were fresh and everything felt thoughtfully put together. That kind of attention is nice to see.

Been coming here for years, and the quiet, comfortable vibe is what keeps me coming back. It's just the right level of calm for a proper conversation.

The chef made us a free pizza after a mix-up. So kind!

Pasta was perfectly al dente, a real treat. Tried the trio pasta dish, it was a solid choice. The texture was just right, not mushy at all. Felt like a good find for a random Tuesday dinner.

Their cappuccino is the real deal. Seriously, the best in Montreal. The espresso is rich and the milk is so smooth. My friend and I ended up ordering a second round just to keep the conversation going.

Perfect way to end a quick lunch. The mint tea was super refreshing, and the traditional sweets hit the spot. Just what I needed before heading back.
