TheForkUserFood quality was way lower than the high average 9+ mark given on the Fork. Broccoli was overcooked and cheese quality was average. Finally there was a strong smell of frying fat in the room that lasted in all our clothes.

Everything is explained from the glassware to the ingredients. Wonderful detail. Then comes the dining. Flavor upon flavor uniquely layered. New and exciting taste sensations. Wine pairings were perfect. A lovely trip for your palate right in the center of Amsterdam.

TheForkUserThe food was amazing with some pleasant surprise which you expect at a Michelin starred restaurant. Also, the only serving staff did very good job to attend all the tables by himself. The atmosphere was casual and cool, which we appreciated.
