Popped in for a coffee and ended up staying for cake. Their millionaire&#39;s shortbread is lovely, really buttery and rich. The tables are quite close together, but the staff were very friendly and didn&#39;t rush us at all. A nice, relaxed spot.

Nice modern spot with some interesting art. Sat at the bar for a couple of hours. The bartender really knew his stuff&mdash;helped me pick a glass of red that went perfectly with the charcuterie board. A bit pricey for the portion, but the pairing made it worthwhile.

The full breakfast was spot on, especially with a proper pot of tea. Staff were lovely, food arrived quickly. Just a shame the coffee options weren&#39;t a bit more interesting.

The almond croissant was spot on - flaky, buttery, with a good hit of marzipan. The pain au chocolat was decent, though the chocolate could&#39;ve been a bit richer. Went perfectly with my morning coffee. A solid bakery stop.
