Popped in for a drink and ended up staying for the fish and chips. Really fresh, the batter was super crisp and not greasy at all. A nice surprise for a casual afternoon.

The beachfront tables are the best part. Grabbed a quick drink there after work, the view really hits the spot. Perfect for a fast unwind.

The Rise and Shine breakfast set is a solid choice. Comes with tea or coffee, good value. Eggs and bacon were cooked just right, not greasy at all. I go for this most mornings.

Lovely spot tucked away near the seafront. Sat outside with my friends on a sunny evening, perfect for a catch-up. The menu had some really interesting starters to share. The wine was surprisingly affordable too, which is always a plus for a group.

The team clearly cares about the food and service. It comes across in the details, like how they explained the specials. That genuine approach made for a solid, straightforward meal.

The fish and chips were proper pub grub done right. Came out piping hot, the batter was crispy and the chips were chunky. Just what you want on a drizzly evening.

The steak was cooked well, service was attentive without being intrusive. Atmosphere is relaxed, good for a business dinner. A bit on the pricier side, but you get what you pay for.

Lovely traditional pub in the Old Town, perfect spot after a stroll by the harbour. The atmosphere is so warm and cosy. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, which made for a very relaxed visit. My only small note is that the bench seating was a bit hard after a while.

Been coming here for years. The prices are still fair, portions are generous. Hard to find that combo in a place with this much history.

The fish and chips are cooked to order, so there's always a short wait. Worth it though – the batter is really light and crispy, and the fish is fresh. A solid choice for a quick bite.

Always a lively spot. The unlimited fries are a nice touch, and the food is reliably good. Had a decent Pinot Noir with the steak, though the wine list could use a few more interesting options.

Great for a big group dinner. The team sorted everything for our booking, really helpful. The buffet had a good selection, everyone seemed to enjoy it. A couple of dishes were a bit lukewarm by the time we got to them, but overall it worked well for the occasion.

Breakfast baguettes are the move here. Ordered the ham and cheese, came out warm and fresh. Good bread, solid ingredients. That's it really.

Esther was so helpful explaining the menu. The food came out piping hot, which was nice on a chilly evening. Really enjoyed the cosy, rustic feel of the place.

Nice spot for a quick lunch. The takeaway sandwiches are fresh and tasty. Had mine in the courtyard with a pot of tea - service was prompt. Good for a business meeting nearby.

They really love dogs here. Our pup got a bowl of water and a treat without us even asking. Staff were super chill about it. Made our quick lunch feel a bit nicer.

Fresh mint tea was a nice touch. Not a coffee person. Sandwiches were solid. Service was quick and friendly. Prices felt fair for this part of town.

Service was friendly and quick even on a busy Saturday night. They handled our group of 8 without any fuss, which was a relief. Made the whole evening run smoothly.

Been here a few times. Staff are always friendly, even when they're rushed off their feet. Quick to get your order sorted and bring drinks. Makes a difference when you just want a straightforward meal.

Perfect for a pre-theatre dinner. Right across from the venue, and they got us fed and out the door in no time. Food was tasty, no complaints.

Love that this cafe is tucked away in the park! Perfect spot to catch up with friends. We sat outside under the parasols. The salmon and avocado on sourdough was huge, really hit the spot.
