Roast pork with dumplings did the job after a morning on the slopes. We grabbed a table by the window, and the beer was cold enough to wash it all down. Bill for two came to &euro;68, which seemed okay for where you are. Service moved quick, so we weren&#39;t stuck waiting around. Nothing fancy, but it worked.

The Wiener Schnitzel here is really something. I&#39;ve had it in Vienna, even at Figlm&uuml;ller, and this one was still better. The meat was so tender and the crust had that perfect lightness. The view from up there is something else &mdash; you can see all the way across Lake Constance into Switzerland and Vorarlberg. Food was decent, nothing crazy, but the owner was friendly and it made the whole stop feel easy. Sat a bit longer than planned just taking it in.

Solid burger and the cheesy fries hit the spot. Service was quick even though it was packed. Good spot for a no-fuss lunch.
